The University of Wisconsin offers an array of Boys Basketball Camps: Father/Son Camp, Advanced Camp, Team Camp and the Badger Basketball Experience Day Camps. These camps are focused on providing a first-class learning experience using dedicated and enthusiastic staff. Current Badger coaches will lead the instruction at each camp, with support from current and former members of the Badger Men’s Basketball team as well as visiting coaches and clinicians. All sessions of Badger Sports Camps are open to any and all entrants, limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender.

A unique and one of a kind experience at the Kohl Center for fathers and sons. Camp will consist of games, contests, father-son photo with Coach Gard, and instruction on how to work out with your son. Included with registration is a Badger Basketball Camp T-shirt, practice jersey, and basketball along with professional medical care onsite. All campers will receive lunch on Saturday. Additionally, for overnight campers, overnight accommodations at UW’s campus residence halls and breakfast on Saturday are included. Dorm rooms accommodate two people. Those who bring more than one son to camp will be required to use a separate dorm room. This Camp is open to any and all boys entering grades 3-8 in the Fall of 2026.

Price:
Overnight Camper - $425 per father/son
Overnight Camper (additional son) - $275 per additional son

Commuter Camper - $375 per father/son
Commuter Camper (additional son) - $225 per additional son

Check-in: Friday, June 12th from 5:00-6:00pm at Sellery Residence Hall.

Check-out: Saturday, June 13th from 4:30-5:30pm at the Kohl Center (commuter campers), or Sellery Residence Hall (overnight campers).

Meals: All meals will be enjoyed at Gordon Dining Hall. Commuter campers will receive lunch on June 13th. Overnight campers will receive both breakfast and lunch on June 13th.

Housing: All campers will be housed in Sellery Residence Hall.

Court Sessions: There will be one court session after check-in on June 12th, and two court sessions on June 13th.

Campers will be divided by age into teams and skill groups with a 10:1 camper to coach ratio. Campers will receive both team-orientated instruction and individual skill instruction designed for an older age group, with more advanced topics. Sessions will consist of drill stations, games, and the unique opportunity for campers to have their shot video taped and evaluated by the Badger Staff.  All campers will receive lunch and an individual evaluation from the Badger Camp Coaching Staff. All campers will also receive a Badger Basketball Camp T-Shirt, practice jersey, and basketball. All camp locations will have professional health services staff on hand. This camp is open to any and all entrants entering grades 5-8 in the Fall of 2026.

Price: $375 per camper

Check-in: Monday, June 15th from 8:10-8:55am at the Kohl Center (Gate A). June 16-17, doors will open at 8:15am. Camp will begin promptly at 8:30am. 

Check-out: Each day, June 15-17, at 4:35pm from the Nicholas Johnson Pavilion (NJP). The NJP is located near Gate B of the Kohl Center.

Meals: Each day of camp, all campers will enjoy lunch at Gordon Dining Hall.

Experience the environment of a Big Ten Basketball program. Compete against other great individual players, and develop skills with the Badger Coaching staff. All campers will receive a Badger Basketball Camp t-shirt, practice jersey, and basketball. There is a JV and Varsity level option for participants. This camp is open to any and all entrants entering grades 9-12 in the Fall of 2026.

Price: $100 per camper

Check-in: Thursday, June 18th from 8:45-9:25am at the Kohl Center (Gate A).

Check-out: Thursday, June 18th at 4:00pm from the Kohl Center (Gate A).

Meals: All participants will receive lunch during camp at Gordon Dining Hall.

Additional Notes: During the online registration process, participants will have the option to pick either our JV or Varsity programming.

Camp will consist of games with certified high school and college officials. All team players must have high school eligibility remaining. Individuals must be part of an attending team in order to complete the online registration and attend this session. No housing will be provided. Coaches of interested teams should contact badgercamps@athletics.wisc.edu to register and make payment. Badger Sports Camps will respond with further registration instructions for your players. Please note, payment must be received in order to guarantee your teams spot in camp.

Cancellation Policy: Teams cancelling prior to May 15th will receive a refund, minus a $100 non-refundable admin fee. Cancellations made after May 15th will not receive a refund.
