The University of Wisconsin Soccer camps will provide players of all levels with advanced training activities and playing opportunities that can be used to take their game to new heights. Whether you are looking to improve your technical skills, make your local club or high school team or are trying to advance your game to the college level, the University of Wisconsin Soccer Camps can help you reach your goals. Camps will feature a staff of coaches who have the experience and dedication necessary to help you develop on and off the field. All sessions of Badger Sports Camps are open to any and all entrants, limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender.

Tuesday evening training sessions led by Wisconsin Men’s Soccer Head Coach, John Trask. Coach Trask has worked as an assistant with the US U-18 National Team, US Olympic Team and 5 years as a top assistant in MLS. He has taken his collegiate teams at UIC to the Sweet 16 and Elite 8, and has won two National Championships as an assistant at Indiana University. Campers will be taught and trained with specific technical instructions to improve dribbling, passing, shooting and every aspect of becoming a total player. Sessions will be fun but will challenge players to improve every time they attend. Open to any and all male entrants ages 5-18.

Junior Academy (Ages 5-12): 6:15 – 7:30pm

  • Check in: from 6:00-6:15 p.m. at McClain Indoor Facility
  • Check-out: from 7:30-7:45pm at the McClain Indoor Facility
  • Cost: $21 per player per session
  • Registration closes 24 hours prior to each session.  Sorry, but we cannot accept on-site registration. 
  • Parking available in Lot 17 off Engineering Drive

Senior Academy (Ages 12-18): 7:30 – 8:45pm

  • Check in: 7:15-7:30 p.m. at the McClain Indoor Facility
  • Check out: 8:45-9:00 p.m. at the McClain Indoor Facility
  • Cost: $21 per person per session
  • Registration closes 24 hours prior to each session.  Sorry, but we cannot accept on-site registration.

Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the session will pay an administrative fee of $10 that will be deducted from your refund.  After that point, refunds will only be given for medical reasons when accompanied by a signed letter from a licensed physician.  All refunds must be requested via email to badgercamps@athletics.wisc.edu

This camp is designed for players and prospects to gain a better understanding of the demands of Division 1 college soccer. Our entire Badger Coaching staff will be directly involved in the oversight of the training. The College Player Experience will included sessions about nutrition, including eating a pregame meal, as well as strength and conditioning sessions that will be directed by our current Strength and Conditioning Coach. Additionally, participants will be presented a video analysis and pregame talk in advance of the UW spring exhibition match that evening. The day will also include a classroom session devoted to "a day in the life" of a collge soccer player as well as two on-field practice/match sessions. This camp is open to any and all male entrants in grades 8-Jr. College, as well as individuals attending a 4-year institution other than UW-Madison, with permission to contact on file with UW Athletics.

The Badger Day Camp provides an opportunity to focus on fundamental skill instruction in a fun and relaxed setting. The camp boasts an excellent coach-to camper ratio, and will feature small groups focused on individual technique and small-sided games. Campers will have the opportunity to work first hand with Wisconsin Soccer players and coaches. It is a great opportunity to learn more about soccer while having a fun experience.

  • These camps are open to any and all male entrants ages 4 to 12.
  • DETAILS REGARDING THIS SESSION WILL BE AVAILABLE IN FEBRUARY!

The University of Wisconsin Elite Soccer Academy will provide players of all levels with advanced training activities and playing opportunities that can be used to take their game to new heights. Whether you are looking to improve your technical skills, make your local club or high school team or are trying to advance your game to the college level, the University of Wisconsin Elite Soccer Academy can help you reach your goals. The Academy will feature a staff of coaches who have the experience and dedication necessary to help you develop on and off the field. High school age campers will also benefit from an optional college recruiting seminar detailing the recruitment process. The seminar will be presented by senior camp staff and will include a general recruiting Q & A session.
