The University of Wisconsin Badger Swim camps provide an enjoyable, challenging learning experience for campers.  Come join us and the Soderholm Family Aquatic Center located within the Nicholas Recreation Center on the beautiful campus of the University of Wisconsin. Our various camps focus on different aspects of being a successful swimmer.  All sessions of Badger Sports Camps are open to any and all entrants, limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender.

The Badger Fall Clinics will provided a unique opportunity for participants to learn from Badger coaches and swimmers. Come join us at the state-of-the-art Soderhom Family Aquatic Center located within the Nicholas Recreation Center on the beautiful campus of the Univeristy of Wisconsin!

The Badger Fall Clinic Sessions are designed for those with swimming experience. All registering athletes must be proficient at the freestyle stroke, and must be able to swim 200 yards with flip turns, non-stop. This camp is open to any and all entrants ages 9-13.

Price: $175 per camper

Check-in: Saturday, October 25th from 11:45am-12:00pm at the Soderholm Family Aquatic Center.

Check-out: Saturday, October 25th at 3:00pm from the Soderholm Family Aquatic Center.

Endless Pool Instruction: For an additional $75, campers can participate in our endless pool instructional session. The endless pool sessions allow Head Coach Jack Brown to provide swimmers with immediate and continuous technique and stroke corrections. Endless pool sessions will be 20 minutes in length.

Video Analysis: Each athlete will receive video feedback after participating in camp. Please allow 2 weeks after the clinic date for this video to be sent.

This camp is open to swimmers seeking to gain a better knowledge and understanding of elite training. Campers will be exposed to training tactics that are used by the UW Badger collegiate swimmers, USA National Team members, Olympians and Olympic Trials qualifiers. Campers in this session will receive some stroke technique work, however, the main purpose of this camp is to provide focused athletes with insight as to how to train at an elite level. This camp is great for kids who participate in year-round swimming. This camp is open to any and all entrants ages 11 to 18.

Check-in: Saturday, June 13th from 12:00-1:00pm at Ogg Residence Hall.

Check-out: Tuesday, June 16th from 5:00-5:30pm at Ogg Residence Hall.

Housing: All campers will be housed in Ogg Residence Hall.

Meals: Campers will receive all meals starting with dinner on June 13th, and ending with lunch on June 16th. All meals will be supplied by Gordon Dining Hall.

Format: This camp is of an overnight format. No commuter option is available. Campers interested in the commuter option are encouraged to attend our Swimming Day Camp (dates TBA).

Roommate: Participants have the opportunity to request a roommate (optional) during the registration process. Please note, we can only accommodate 2 particpants per dorm room. If you are registering with multiple individuals and would like to be roomed near one another, please email badgercamps@athletics.wisc.edu with your group members names.

The Technique and Training camp is open to any swimmer that has the desire to be introduced to training at a competitive level and improve all four of their strokes! This camp is perfect for swimmers who need stroke work improvement and desire insight to training tips, as well as swimmers who are just becoming involved in the sport. Training groups will be put together based on ability and/or age. This camp is open to any and all entrants ages 8-14.

Check-in: Wednesday, June 24th from 12:00-1:00pm at Ogg Residence Hall.

Check-out: Saturday, June 27th from 11:30am-12:00pm from Ogg Residence Hall.

Housing: All overnight campers will be housed at Ogg Residence Hall.

Meals: Campers will receive all meals, starting with dinner on June 24th and ending with breakfast on June 27th. All meals will be supplied from Gordon Dining Hall.
