The University of Wisconsin Tennis program offers multiple instructional camps. Please consult each session page for details regarding the target population for each camp. We are happy to offer beginning players the opportunity to advance their skills and highly skilled players the opportunity to take their game to the next level. All camps will focus on individual skill instruction and will expose campers to the Badger Tennis experience. All sessions of Badger Sports Camps are open to any and all entrants, limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender.

Led by Head Coach Danny Westerman and Associate Head Coach Urban Ljubic, this co-educational instruction camp will provide male and female players the opportunity to advance their individual skills and take their game to the next level. Campers will receive individual skill instruction and be exposed to the Badger Tennis experience. All camps will have a professional Health Services staff member present. Campers will receive a t-shirt and water bottle as part of registration. This camp is open to any and all entrants ages 10-18.

Check-in: Monday, June 15 from 8:30-9:00am at the Goodman Softball Complex Circle, located near the Nielsen Tennis Courts. June 16-18, campers should be dropped off at the Goodman Softball Complex Circle at 8:45am. Camp will begin promptly at 9:00am.

Check-out: Each day (June 15-18), at 3:30pm from the Goodman Softball Complex Circle (same location as drop-off).

Lunch: All campers will enjoy lunch each day of camp at Four Lakes Market.

Notes: This is a commuter only camp. No overnight housing will be provided.

OVERNIGHT CAMPER

  • Check-in: Overnight campers will check-in the evening before camp on Sunday, June 21st from 6:00-7:00pm at a TBD location.
  • Check-out: Thursday, June 25 from 4:00-4:30pm at a TBD Residence Hall.
  • Housing: All overnight campers will be housed in one of our Lakeshore Residence Halls (exact Residence Hall will be confirmed in the near future).
  • Meals: All meals will be enjoyed at Four Lakes Market (starting with breakfast on June 22). Please note, dinner will not be provided for campers the evening of 6/21. Campers are encouraged to bring their own dinner/snacks, or eat dinner prior to check-in Sunday evening.

COMMUTER CAMPER

  • Check-in: Monday, June 22 from 9:00-9:30am at the Goodman Softball Complex Circle (near the Nielsen Tennis Stadium). Tuesday-Thursday (June 23-25), campers should arrive at 8:45am. Camp will begin promptly at 9:00am.
  • Check-out: Each day (June 22-25), at 3:30pm from the Goodman Softball Complex Circle.
  • Meals: All commuter campers will enjoy lunch each day of camp at Four Lakes Market.

At our Tennis Elite Camp, all campers will participate in competitive match play and will be exposed to high level instruction and drills aimed at improving all aspects of the game. This camp is designed for athletes looking to play tennis at the collegiate level. It is recommended participating campers have competitive tennis experience at either the USTA Tournament or High School Level. This camp is open to any and all entrants entering grades 7-12 in the Fall of 2026 (or were in grade 12 in the Fall of 2025).

OVERNIGHT CAMPER

  • Check-in: Overnight campers will check-in the evening before camp on Sunday, June 28 from 6:00-7:00pm at a TBD location.
  • Check-out: Wednesday, July 1 from 4:00-4:30pm at a TBD Residence Hall.
